Among the numerous cases it has successfully completed, Scepter Security:

• Conducted an investigation in support of a class-action lawsuit involving the bankruptcy of a public company in which company officers had inflated revenues to artificially drive up share value. This case resulted in a $40 million settlement and guilty pleas by company officers to Federal fraud charges.


• Conducted an investigation following a $5.8 billion acquisition resulting in the identification of assets that had been converted for personal use by an executive of the acquired company. This investigation, which included work by six groups of auditors and investigators, produced results that were used in arbitration to obtain the return of converted assets and a significant payment of restitution.
